How to Make Oriental Herb Nutrient (OHN)
Oriental Herb Nutrient are used as immune boosters and as treatment for common respiratory diseases since the ancient times. Also helps for a faster recovery of such diseases.
This is one of the concoctions we use. We wrote it as concoction series, namely Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum (LABS), Beneficial Indigenous Microorganism (IMO or BIM), Effective Microorganisms, Oriental Herb Nutrient (this article) and Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ).
- 1.5 kilo of garlic
- 1.5 kilo of ginger
- 1 Liter – coco vinegar
- 1 kilo of molasses
- Cut the garlic and ginger in small strips. Be sure to make equal proportion of garlic with ginger.
- Transfer the strips into a container with cover. Mix with vinegar to submerge the mixed herbs and cover.
- After 12 hours, add 1 kilo of molasses. Cover and ferment for 4 to 5 days.
- After 10 days, the concoction is ready for use.
Direction for use
Mix 2 tbsps of the extract with a liter of unchlorinated water. Give as bio drinks twice to thrice a week.
